Software to order · processes · connecting systems

Software that keeps up with the company — not the other way around.

We write systems to order. We optimise processes. We integrate with what you already have. We work with small firms, mid-sized organisations and large structures that do not want another months-long “IT project”, but a tool that starts working before the market changes its mind.

What this is really about

A working version first. Not a quarter of meetings and documents.

Often a quarter passes before you see anything on screen you can click: meetings, documents, quotes, then more meetings. With a large team and many stages that is simply how it goes — and that is how the hours are billed.

We take a different path. We do not sell an army of job titles. We sell pace: sooner to software that actually works. Analysis happens, but not as a separate, expensive stage. An early version appears first — so you can see it, say what is off, and only then go further.

That is why we talk to owners of small firms who thought software to order was out of budget. To mid-sized organisations choking on Excel and email. And to large structures that already have accounting, a warehouse, a shop and several other programs — and need someone to connect them instead of planting another system beside them.

AI in daily work

AI does not replace the person. It takes the work the client never wanted to pay for.

We use AI where it actually shortens the work: when writing software, not when preparing a presentation. This is not “we will click you an app with one command”. It is craft backed by tools that shorten the path from idea to a working slice of the system — with documentation that keeps up with the changes.

Faster really does mean cheaper

When an hour of work does more that is useful, the project price falls without a fall in quality. We do not cut the rate to win a tender. We cut waste: waiting, copy-paste, recreating what the tool can prepare and fix at once.

A sketch first, not a grand reveal at the end

In weeks, not quarters, you can sit down with something that already works. You see whether the direction is right before the budget gets stuck in the wrong place. A course change stops being a fight over the contract.

Quality you cannot “click together”

AI speeds up the work; it does not lift responsibility. Security, data, exceptions in the process — those remain human decisions, made by people who know the system must survive the first audit, the first rush and the first employee on cover.

For firms that do not want to grow an IT shop

Not every company needs its own IT department. It needs a partner who delivers a working tool, leaves things in order, and does not lock you into magic nobody can maintain later.

How it looks in practice

A shorter path to the first working version.

Area terart.pl with AI A large, classic IT project
Start of work A short talk about the process and an early version you can click Months of meetings and documents before you see anything on screen
Cost Fewer hours on tedious, repetitive work — lower cost to reach a result The cost of a large team and procedures baked into every invoice
Changing requirements Natural. The process will change anyway, so the software must keep up A contract addendum, a new quote, “that was not in the order”
Connecting systems Treated as the core, not an add-on “if there is time left” Often put off until later — and nobody delivers on time
After go-live Software that can grow. Care without a theatrical “project handover” The project “closes” and the knowledge stays in the slides

What we actually do

From a bottleneck to the company’s daily work.

Software to order

Browser apps, panels for daily work, client portals, internal tools, automations. Written for your process, not for our favourite slide template.

Process optimisation

Before anyone starts writing a program, we map where time and decisions disappear. Then we cut loops, manual data shuffling and “because that is how it was in 2014”.

Connecting with what already exists

Accounting, an online shop, a warehouse, partners’ programs, registers, mail, files, old databases nobody wants to be left alone with. We have worked with RFID, among other things, and connected systems with Microsoft 365. The programs should talk to each other, not stand side by side.

RFID Microsoft 365 Small companies Mid-sized organisations Large structures Production and services Trade Internal operations

How it looks

Four steps. No ceremony, with accountability.

Process on the table

You say where it hurts: manual work, no visibility, systems that do not greet each other. We ask inconvenient questions and separate the symptom from the cause.

A sketch you can click

We do not sell a vision in PowerPoint. We show an early version so it is clear whether we are heading the right way — before the budget settles in.

Connection and a solid core

We bind data sources, permissions, exceptions and the places where pretty demos crack. This is where a system is born, not a mock-up.

Go-live and the run after

Implementation, training, fixes from the first weeks of life. Then evolution in the organisation’s rhythm, not in the rhythm of “the next project”.

Who this is for

Not for every problem. For these — yes.

If you want a hundred-person firm for a three-year change programme with meetings every other Tuesday — we are not that number. If you want a partner who will sit with the process, write the software and not pretend that AI excuses thinking — we are.

People most often call us in situations like these:

  • The company grew faster than its tools — Excel and email no longer keep up, and software is needed for the new way of working.
  • People in the company copy data between programs, instead of those programs talking to each other.
  • There is an idea for a product or service, and you do not want most of the budget spent on meetings and documents before anything works.
  • A large company needs a capable team for one concrete slice of work — not someone to take over all of IT.

We have regular clients we have been working with for more than 20 years. They stay because the software keeps working — and because there is still someone to talk to when the process changes.

A promise you can hold us to

Deliver useful software faster and cheaper than the model the industry got hooked on. Without promising that “AI will do it all by itself”. With the promise that AI finally does what it is for: shortening the path from decision to a working tool.

Do you have a process that deserves software, not another spreadsheet?

Call or write what you still do by hand. We will call back with a view: can it be connected, written, and in what horizon you will see a first working version.
